Monte got suckered into playing cards with Black Hawk. He lost a lot of $$$ in that game. But Black Hawk has different plans, he guaranteed Monte that in their last deal, that he'll win and he'll get full refund of his money. Monte literally got suckered this time coz' he's down on his knees sucking Black Hawk's chocolate schlong just to get his money back!
